While waiting for our bill the shift manager, Alesha came over to our table and proceed to tell us that that the 'free entree comp' wouldn't be honored because it wasn't signed and we would have to pay for the meal. Our waitress was aware of the comp before we ordered. We had been given comps for breakfast entrees.
We use to love Emily's ~ however the same thing happened to us as with a previous post. Why? The new management has some really strange theories on customer relations. My husband and I have been repeat customers but will no longer frequent this establishment. Unfortunately ~ Quinault Beach Resort has taken a nosedive in standards.
